Morley’s Final Catalogue: Bred at Bentley and Ipswich in 1933 (Whit.); captured at Orford during July 1902 by Gibbs (Trans, i, 36).

Recent Status: Well recorded where birch grow in Suffolk.

Life Style: The moth has been recorded from April to October. The larvae feed on Betula.
