Recent Status: A rare wetland species in Suffolk. Recorded from Redgrave Fen.

Life Style: A double brooded night flying species that comes to light. The autumn brood hibernates. Larvae feed from a spinning on leaves or flowers of Lythrum salicaria Purple Loosestrife.

Identification: A distinctive pale species with a prominent black spot and collar.
