Recent Suffolk Status: A local species.
Life history: Sinlge-brooded in one extended generation, although Suffolk records seem to be suggesting it may now be double-brooded.
Identification: Normally the largest of the 3 kittens, with a smooth outer edge to the dark cross-band.
Habitat: Woodland containing Poplar, Aspen and Willows.Recorded in 40 (69%) of 58 10k Squares.
