Morley's Final Catalogue: Not recorded in the county during Morley's time.

Recent Suffolk Status: The sole county record of this very rare immigrant moth was taken at light at Landguard on 16.09.2002 (N. Odin).

Life history: Double-brooded in southern Europe.

Identification Any potential specimen requires dissection as very similar to some forms of Oak Nycteoline.

Habitats: Marshes and wetlands in Europe. All UK records coastal.

Retained Specimen / Photograph will be Required.
