Morley's Final Catalogue: Stowmarket, once at sugar about 1860 (Bree). A few at Monks Soham light July 1928-31 (Mly), and Dunwich 1933 (Hawley).

Recent Status: Widespread and fairly common; though generally scarcer than Common, Scarce and Dingy Footman.

Identification: Grey with orange/yellow fringes. Also orange form (f. unicolor) and very dark form (f. plumbia)

Habitat: Woodland.

Recorded in 47 (81%) of 58 10k Squares.
First Recorded in 1961.
Last Recorded in 2021.
