Morley's Final Catalogue: Anything but common. Recorded from Needham, Blaxhall, Aldeburgh, Beccles and Yarmouth: ante 1890; Hemley in 1904 (Wlr); Henham and Wrentham in 1936 (Gd); but never seen by me through forty years (Mly).
Recent Suffolk status: Scarce with a mainly north-easterly distribution in the county. Spreading southwards.
Life history: Single-brooded in the summer.
Identification: Compare with Round-winged Muslin, which has much rounder wings.
Habitat: Woodland and gardens.
