Recent Suffolk Status: Common in the Brecks and Sandlings.

Identification: Usually reddish-brown in colour but there is a greenish form prasinaria.

Habitats: Generally widespread across the county but most common where Scots Pine, Norway Spruce and other conifers grow.

Recorded in 39 (67%) of 58 10k Squares.
First Recorded in 1888.
Last Recorded in 2023.
