Morley's Final Catalogue: Abundant in all the woods around Ipswich in July; and generally distributed, though little noticed in the north, as at Fritton in 1935, or to the west of Raydon Wood. Sometimes at Monks Soham light.

Recent Suffolk Status: Common.

Life history: Single brooded with occasional records in the autumn in recent years.

Identification: See Treble Brown spot and Dwarf Cream wave.

Habitat: A wide variety of habitats including gardens.

Recorded in 55 (95%) of 58 10k Squares.
First Recorded in 1935.
Last Recorded in 2024.
