Morley's Final Catalogue: Three or four specimens, all within twenty yards though I searched several similar spots, at light in Blythburgh on 25 June 1937 (P. J. Burton).

Recent Suffolk Status: Scarce and very local, mainly in the Brecks and Sandlings.

Life history: Single-brooded. Comes to light in small numbers.

Identification: Unmistakeable.

Habitat: Heathland, open woodland, wide rides in forestry plantations.

Recorded in 17 (29%) of 58 10k Squares.
First Recorded in 1937.
Last Recorded in 2024.
