Morley's Final Catalogue: Mr. Burton added this species to our list: it flew to light at Mildenhall in 1934 and May 1936. Capt. Smith, also, has found it at Barton Mills; and South records it from our County.

Recent Suffolk Status: A sole recent record from Minsmere on 8 May 2008 (R. Harvey) was presumably an immigrant or wanderer from the Kentish populations.

Life history: Single-brooded.

Identification: Compare with the Turnip and other Agrotis species.

Habitat: Coastal habitats, particularly vegetated shingle.

Retained Specimen / Photograph will be Required.

First Recorded in 1934.
Last Recorded in 2008.
